MacGizmoGuy's Mini Micro News Blog Goes Live
October/22/2026
Oh Dear, He's Blogging in RapidWeaver Again
Oh heck, why not? MacGizmoGuy loves to write and my main blog used to live here at this URL. When I completely rewrote my site from scratch using RapidWeaver Classic earlier this year, I created it with a much simpler website structure, and much cleaner URL set up.
Really Sloppy Website URL Fix
The original blog's http://www.macgizmoguy.com/apple-gadgets-blog/macintosh-gizmo-blog.html was a key-word-stuffed hot mess of a permalink URL slug that I didn't want to drag forward - especially since it was not secure HTTPS and I chose to drop the WWW domain prefix to save myself from typing 1 billion extra W-W-W's per year.
SEO Optimizing A Website's Past
But wouldn't you know it? There's some persistent back links to this URL that have stood the test of time so I thought Heck, why not let's start a new little mini blog for little status updates on my daily putterings. So here you have it: MacGizmoGuy's Mini Micro News Blog.
